Marketing overhaul marks the latest step in the firm’s growth strategy
Strutt & Parker today announces a major rebrand as it continues its mission to be the leading UK property consultancy. Over 140 years after the business’ conception by Edward Strutt and Charles Parker, the heritage brand has retraced its history, drawing on decades of affection and enthusiasm from clients, and has identified the opportunity for evolution and refinement through a carefully considered rebrand as part of its ambitious growth strategy.
Strutt & Parker is a highly regarded national property consultancy with a well-established reputation in delivering expert advice across residential, farms and rural estates sectors; advising homeowners, landlords, private clients, high-net-worth individuals, investors, companies and corporate clients, alongside institutions and developers.
The national property advisory unveils a redesigned logo alongside refreshed property and service marketing materials. Strutt & Parker is also undertaking a nationwide refurbishment and redesign of its offices. The updated visuals highlight the iconic ampersand, synonymous with Strutt & Parker’s identity, and has incorporated it into the reimagined wordmark. The introduction of a deep claret colour moves the brand into a more premium space, while removing the red box of the previous logo allows the wordmark to breathe. The rebrand draws on a refined, balanced and monochromatic colour palette, distinct from others in the property space.
Gary Higgins, Managing Director at Strutt & Parker comments, “This rebrand is a significant step in ensuring Strutt & Parker aligns visually with its exceptional client base and the high-quality professionals that make up our business. This refresh reaffirms our commitment to deliver an unrivalled quality of service, professionalism grounded in expert knowledge, and a client-focused approach that makes Strutt & Parker the consultancy of choice.”
The updated branding is anchored to the business’ heritage in the use of the tagline ‘Land and property. Since 1885.’ across materials. The refresh also marks the launch of a developed brand campaign across its Residential and Rural services.
Last year, Strutt & Parker received investment from shareholder BNP Paribas as part of an ambitious growth strategy to cement the firm’s position in the industry, with a focus on growth in prime and super-prime markets and services. A major recruitment drive across key and new markets in the past few months has formed a key part of the growth strategy, followed now by the roll-out of an updated identity.
Tamerah Couchman, Head of Marketing and Client Experience at Strutt & Parker comments, “This new visual identity is the manifestation of an extensive and considered review of our brand positioning. This work re-anchors Strutt & Parker to its heritage roots, through a refreshed iconography updated for today’s audience and digital landscape, with a discerning and timeless look and feel.
“We are excited to unveil our renewed advertising campaign which unifies our rural and residential services under one core brand benefit.”
This summer, the firm will be unveiling a new website to reflect the refreshed branding, incorporating improved search functionality, redeveloped content, and the introduction of a client portal as part of its investment in digital transformation.
