Strutt & Parker has expanded its valuation team with three new appointments.

Ian Asbury has joined London residential valuation as national partner from Chesterton Humberts where he spent four years and will specialise in leasehold reform work; senior surveyor Gemma McCarthy has also joined London residential valuation, she previously worked at Savills.  Associate David Eden will work in commercial valuation joining the team from Roger Hannah & Co in Manchester where he worked for seven years.

Strutt & Parker has also expanded its London consultancy team with the addition of senior surveyor Marcus Dorfman from DE & J Levy. Marcus will specialise in providing occupier clients with rating and other professional advice.
