Strutt & Parker launches dedicated Corporate and Relocation Services department

Strutt & Parker has launched a new Corporate and Relocation Services department dedicated to servicing national and international tenants relocating within London and the Home Counties.

The new team of specialist consultants will assist both large and small businesses with relocating staff, within the UK and from abroad. It will also provide a central point of contact for corporate relocation agents acting on behalf of organisations, streamlining the search process across its network of offices in London, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire.

The department will be headed by Mary Charsley who has 20 years of experience within the lettings and relocation industries and moves over from her role as Head of Lettings at Strutt & Parker in Ascot.

Relocating for a new job can be difficult enough but finding a new home which meets all your needs can be an even greater challenge. This is why we have launched this entirely complimentary service, which will be tailored to each individual’s exact requirements and make the whole process as seamless as possible.”

The launch of this new department has been spearheaded by Strutt & Parker’s National Head of Lettings Kate Eales, who was appointed in June to lead the firm’s growth and expansion in lettings on a national level.

Kate Eales said: “The launch of our corporate services team is a natural extension of our existing successful lettings business, responding to market demand for a completely bespoke and personal service.
