Strutt & Parker’s newest addition to its regional offices, the Cambridge branch, opened its doors to the public for the first time on Thursday 21st March with a launch event at its new premises on 66-68 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1LA.

Strutt & Parker’s newest addition to its regional offices, the Cambridge branch, opened its doors to the public for the first time on Thursday 21st March with a launch event at its new premises on 66-68 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1LA.
The new office will strengthen the firm’s regional residential sales portfolio, which already includes fifty offices across the country.
Nearly 200 residents, professionals and press from the area attended as well as Strutt & Parker staff from the new Cambridge office and London head office.
The Strutt & Parker Cambridge office will be showcasing the very best properties for sale in the area, ranging from stylish studio flats to spacious family houses and will be supported by an integrated marketing campaign that celebrates the distinctive character of the area. Already for the launch there was a great impact with the unveiling of the distinctive customised red Strutt & Parker phone box outside the entrance to the office. The windows of the box house small screens showing rolling images of new properties that local Strutt & Parker offices are selling and in time will show all the new Cambridge instructions.
The Cambridge area, world famous for being an esteemed university town, has a diverse range of historic buildings as well as trendy boutiques, art galleries, bars, restaurants and cafes.
The office will be led by Will Gemmill and the residential team headed up by Cameron Ewer who will be ably assisted by an experienced sales team consisting of Michael Houlden and Belinda Holmes-Smith. The team have nearly 40 years’ experience in the local Cambridge market.
