Strutt & Parker has strengthened its Prime Central London (PCL) sales team with Agne Karuzaite joining as Senior Associate Director in the firm’s West Chelsea office.

Agne has 17 years’ experience in the PCL market and joins Strutt & Parker after seven years with Savills’ Knightsbridge office and prior to that, Marsh & Parsons. In her new role Agne will focus on the prime and super prime markets across SW10.

Agne’s appointment follows Strutt & Parker’s latest house prices forecast which expects prices in PCL are set to increase by up to 10% in 2022.

Louis Harding, Head of London Residential at Strutt & Parker, comments: “Agne is a key new appointment to our London sales team. She brings a wealth of specialist experience and an impressive track record in this area. This is an exciting time to join the business. Our West Chelsea office has had a strong 2021, particularly in the last quarter, and Agne’s appointment builds on this recent success.”

Agne Karuzaite, Senior Associate Director at Strutt & Parker, comments: “Strutt & Parker has a market leading position in the PCL market, consistently achieving fantastic results for clients. It’s a brilliant time to join the team, and I look forward to expanding our footprint in SW10 and building on the office’s fantastic track record.”

Strutt & Parker’s West Chelsea office advises clients across the full spectrum of the market, and has a leading presence in The Boltons Conservation Area, Ten Acre Estate and the leafy garden squares of South Kensington and Earls Court.

Agne’s appointment follows key new hires to Strutt & Parker’s London new homes team last month. Robert Cox joined the division after 13 years with Harrods Estates, while Orla O’Sullivan moves over from the Kensington office.
