Strutt & Parker announces the appointment of Tom Parsons as an Associate Director in its Fulham office, a hire that sees Tom return to the business where he started his estate agency career.
Tom rejoins Strutt & Parker following three and a half years at Middleton Advisors where he worked on the sale of prime properties across London including Prime Central and Prime Outer markets. Prior to this, Tom worked his way up in Strutt & Parker’s Fulham team to Associate over the course of seven years.
George Jackson-Stops, Head of Sales in Strutt & Parker’s Fulham office says, “I’m delighted Tom has returned to Strutt & Parker in Fulham, a decision I also made two years ago. Having worked with Tom before, I can attest to his ability as an exceptional operator, with an impressive track record in prime SW6, and his brilliant relationships with his clients. He understands the motivations and desires of buyers and sellers which, coupled with an enviable level of insight into the local market, delivers a truly client-first approach to his transactions.”
In his role as Associate Director, Tom will work alongside colleagues in Fulham including George Jackson-Stops and Meena Patel, Head of Lettings, as well as the wider network of London offices and brokers. Tom will have a particular focus on the house market and sales in excess of £2M, drawing on his encyclopaedic knowledge of exclusive neighbourhoods including the Peterborough Estate and Alphabet Streets.
Tom Parsons, Associate Director, Strutt & Parker Fulham adds, “I’m thrilled to be returning to Strutt & Parker in Fulham, embedding myself in a market where my granular knowledge at street and building level, and the nuances of this postcode enables me to secure the best results for my clients. Rejoining the organisation at this pivotal point in its growth journey and to be part of building our London operation under inspiring leadership means I’m feeling really energised in supporting the Fulham market this year and beyond.”
Strutt & Parker’s Fulham office has seen a string of notable sales, including record setting prices in terms of pound per square foot in streets such as Delvino Road and Brookville Road. The team has generated competitive bidding in 50% of successful sales in the last three months, highlighting the strength of demand from domestic buyers in SW6.
Tom is the latest hire by Strutt & Parker in a string of significant appointments made by the firm, including that of James Diaper, director, appointed to join the agency’s recently announced broker team headed up by Claire Reynolds, UK Head of Sales, and Louise Harrison, director, who was appointed to head up the firm’s National Estates & Farms Agency team.
