Renting

Sian in the Notting Hill Strutt & Parker branch was a great help throughout my search for a new property to rent. She was diligent in following up and introducing new properties, and professional throughout the negotiation process. In addition, she remained engaged and communicative after a contract was signed. I’d happily work with Sian again, and I will recommend her to others looking to rent in Notting Hill.

We have had a great experience so far with this agency. Annabel has been extremely helpful, responding quickly and going out of her way to answer all our questions regarding the contract. As we are moving from abroad, this has been greatly appreciated.

I have been visiting a number of properties with Strutt & Parker, and they have been excellent throughout the process. The team listens carefully to what I am looking for and makes sure that the homes they show me match my criteria and expectations. I truly appreciate Strutt & Parker’s thoughtful approach, and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

We recently went through the rental process for a property with Strutt & Parker, working closely with Annabel, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, she was professional, clear, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, which made it feel easy and seamless. We would wholeheartedly recommend them, and a special thank you to Annabel for her outstanding work.

Oscar from the Lettings Team in Kensington was excellent - he helped us find our flat really quickly and ensured that the whole offers/contracts process went very smoothly. We also appreciated the time he took with each viewing to ensure we could ask as many questions as we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Olivia at Strutt & Parker Fulham is instrumental. She was so proactive in finding properties that fit our criteria and did this in a very detailed manner, given our requirements. She was delightful to work with and was always accommodating to facilitate viewings. Thank you so much, Olivia, will certainly recommend you to friends.

We had a really great experience with Cia. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. What stood out most was her availability and willingness to accommodate us - she arranged multiple visits without hesitation and always made sure we had all the information I needed. Cia truly went above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free, which made a big difference and is a rare find. Would absolutely recommend.
