Highly regarded agent extends the heritage agency’s Prime Central London network and market coverage

Strutt & Parker today announces the appointment of Andrew Chambers, Director, to the agency’s Prime Central London network of agents and offices. Andrew is a key hire for the business as it executes its growth ambitions following significant investment from shareholder BNP Paribas Group.
Andrew will be based between the firm’s Marylebone and Mayfair offices, covering prime and super-prime markets in the West End across Marylebone, Mayfair, Soho, Covent Garden, and Connaught Village. Andrew will be working alongside the firm’s network of offices and agents, including the Private Client team.
Andrew Chambers, Director, Strutt & Parker in Prime Central London says, “Joining Strutt & Parker at this pivotal point on its growth journey is incredibly exciting. This is a business with a respected brand and powerful vision at its core and, under strong leadership, marks an opportunity to be part of something very special.”
Andrew has a wealth of experience spanning almost two decades; he moves to Strutt & Parker from UK Sotheby’s International Realty where he was a Director. Prior to this he spent three years at Knight Frank, and seven at CBRE.
Andrew continues, “The West End remains one of the most desirable places to live globally. The great estates of Howard de Walden, Portman, Capco, and Grosvenor have worked hard to preserve this fact, cultivating the world’s finest dining, theatre, and retail establishments. I do this job for the clients I work for and the agents I work with, not just for the properties I’m fortunate to transact on. Collaboration with a national network of expert teams operating with shared values is a central foundation to achieving a best-inclass client experience – and Strutt & Parker is uniquely placed to deliver this.”
Claire Reynolds, UK Head of Sales at Strutt & Parker adds, “We are thrilled to welcome Andrew to our team; his depth of knowledge and experience across his respective markets complements our existing network, and he is expertly placed to expand our offering to clients. He exemplifies the client-centric culture this agency has spent decades cultivating, and his belief in where we are taking our business reflects this.”
Andrew is the latest in a string of appointments made by Strutt & Parker in recent weeks, including that of Claire Reynolds as UK Head of Sales, and Minnie Stainrod as Associate in its Super-Prime Lettings team. Following new investment from its shareholder, the Strutt & Parker business is poised to redefine its brand and position in the industry. Strategic hires such as this are central to Strutt & Parker’s ambitions to grow market share and provide a more bespoke service offering to clients.
