Strutt & Parker’s hybrid brokerage model reaches 10 brokers with appointment of Neville Serlui
17th September 2026
Strutt & Parker has reached a milestone of 10 brokers in its newly established London brokerage with the appointment of highly experienced St John’s Wood agent Neville Serlui.

The appointment comes just over six months after Strutt & Parker announced the creation of its new brokerage, designed to operate alongside its traditional office network and provide a hybrid model for clients and agents.
Neville brings 42 years’ experience in the London residential property market, having started his career in 1984. He has spent more than 30 years working across St John’s Wood and Maida Vale and he has built a deep network of long-standing client relationships and a reputation for repeat business. His experience includes selling the same properties multiple times across different generations of families.
Neville joins Strutt & Parker’s growing North West London team alongside brokers Zach Madison, Hamish Gilfeather, James Diaper and Sarah James, collectively covering St John’s Wood, Regent’s Park, Marylebone, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Hampstead and Highgate. His immediate focus will be to grow Strutt & Parker’s profile and market share in St John’s Wood, with eight new instructions launching in the coming weeks.
Claire Reynolds, UK Head of Sales at Strutt & Parker, said: “Reaching 10 brokers is an important milestone for our brokerage, but what is particularly exciting is how quickly our model is gaining momentum and becoming established. We set out to create a structure that combined the strengths of brokerage with those of a traditional agency business. At the heart of the model is the calibre of our people – bringing deep expertise, longevity of relationships, extensive networks and an entrepreneurial mindset – and Neville brings all these qualities. His depth of knowledge, exceptional network and long-standing relationships in St John’s Wood make him a superb fit for our client centric and collegiate culture.”
Neville Serlui, Director at Strutt & Parker, said: “I have spent more than 30 years working in St John’s Wood and have always believed that deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships are fundamental to successful agency. But the London market is increasingly connected, and clients expect their agent to have both a highly local understanding and the reach to open up opportunities beyond their immediate market. Strutt & Parker offers that combination. It gives me the opportunity to build on the relationships and reputation I have established in St John’s Wood, while drawing on the strength, network and resources of an internationally connected business.”
