The first live webinar, entitled ‘The new world property era’, took place on Tuesday 12 May and attracted over 700 attendees. It was hosted by Guy Robinson, Kate Eales, Louis Harding and Vanessa Hale. The expert panel covered a range of topics including when to move and what’s happening to property prices during lockdown, how the rental market is being impacted by Covid-19 and what the future of property looks like.
The webinars will be taking place every Tuesday morning at 10:30 am for the next five weeks. They are free to attend, will each last for 45 minutes and are hosted via the Zoom platform.

The next seminar, taking place on Tuesday 19 May at 10:30 am, is entitled ‘From the physical world to the virtual world’ and will look at how the rise in technology is changing the way we buy, sell, rent and let our homes.
