The National Strutt & Parker Planning team is one of the fastest growing planning businesses in the United Kingdom. Over the last six years, it has developed from 4 to 46 planners and is looking to expand across the south-east Midlands, and the North in the coming year.

Following the merger with BNP Paribas Real Estate, the National Development & Planning team forms part of a new business line that employs over 150 people in 12 offices both in London and regionally, advising on a wide range of predominantly residentially led development projects throughout the UK for private and public sector Clients, as well as developers, housebuilders, funds and institutions

Each year we look to employ 10-12 new graduates in Development & Planning. For development graduates you should have a RICS accredited degree and we will provide full APC training in order to achieve RICS qualification. In Planning new graduates can achieve a suitable planning qualification if necessary, whilst being supported through the MRTPI qualification.
