Ashchurch Villas is a collection of 15 new build houses situated on Goldhawk Road, W12. The development proved to be one of our most popular schemes and was a fully sold out by December 2018. Strutt and Parker New Homes were involved throughout the lifespan of the development and provided significant advice on the sales and marketing strategy.

Marketing initiatives included advertising in a number of publications including the Sunday Times, Financial Times and the BA First Class magazine. The advertising generated a number of enquiries, specifically from purchasers looking to upsize from more expensive boroughs of London to accommodate growing families.

Our strategy involved close co-operation from our Fulham and Notting Hill residential agency teams, capitalising on their database of potential purchasers. S&P worked closely with all project team members to successfully implement the sales strategy, coordinating with the developer, joint agent, as well as the PR and advertising consultants. This cohesive approach to the project led to S&P securing the sale of 11 of the 15 units.
