The London Residential Development & Investment (LRDI) teams involvement began with the instruction to sell the development site. Prior to bringing the site to market, the team provided high-level consultancy advice to include unit mix, target market and pricing assessments.

After securing their purchase, Crest Nicholson appointed the Strutt & Parker new homes sales team to provide further consultancy advice. This involved a comprehensive market appraisal looking into buyer profiles and comparable schemes in the immediate vicinity as well as in the context of wider London.

Our internal Sales and Marketing Manager has been involved in the creation of advertising campaigns as well as EDMs sent to our database of potential buyers. S&P have worked closely with the developer throughout the lifespan of the development and have been responsible for formulating and implementing what has been a highly effective sales and marketing strategy to date. S&P recruited two of the three members of staff for the on-site marketing suite who have contributed to the sales success to date.
