The Hempel Collection is a boutique residential development comprising 33 apartments and 3 townhouses within original stucco-fronted buildings, one of which formally housed the Hempel Hotel, in Bayswater W2.

Strutt & Parker acted for Boubyan Bank in the sale of the development site which was purchased in a joint venture partnership between Amazon Property and British Land. Strutt & Parker were subsequently instructed as development consultants and selling agents for the development.

Strutt & Parker’s sales strategy involved the Head Office New Homes sales team working in close co-operation with the local residential agency teams, in order to source purchasers registered in the more established areas of Notting Hill and Kensington. This approach resulted in a number of units being sold to buyers who had not previously considered Bayswater as a location.

Strutt & Parkers advice for the duration of the consultancy and sales phases, combined with the development’s prime location, impressive architectural heritage, high-quality finishes and competitive pricing made it one of London’s best-selling new-build offerings of 2016-2017.
