Aviva has let the fourth floor at the Atrium, Uxbridge to Herbalife UK. The nutritional specialist has taken 16,500 sq ft at the town centre offices on a 10 year lease at a rent equating to £25.50 per sq ft.

Aviva has recently undertaken extensive refurbishment works on the fourth and part ground floors at the Atrium; which is now 95% let with 8,000 sq ft remaining.  Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Insight and Anadarko are also based there.

Sarah Brisbane in Strutt & Parker's national office agency team said: "Demand for centrally located space in key South East towns remains high; and the Atrium's high specification and good car parking ratio ensures that it is able to meet the needs of new occupiers seeking a prominent position."

Strutt & Parker and Bray Fox Smith acted on behalf of Aviva; Herbalife was represented by DTZ.
