BBC2 has a new series about estate agents starting on 9 April titled Under Offer: Estate Agents On The Job.

In the second episode, which will air on 16th April, Julia Willett, from Strutt & Parker's Banchory office, is one of the agents being followed by cameras as she pitches for a new property, negotiating and generally going about her job.

“it was quite nerve wracking having a television crew follow me around” says Julia.

“They were with me for 14 days, and so by the end I did just try and forget about them. Needless to say, they were very keen to focus on the impact of the oil industry on property in Aberdeenshire, but the series will, I hope, go to show how varied our work is and how different the business is around the UK”.
