New Speculative Completion at Watchmoor Park 260215

Patrizia and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”) have completed the refurbishment of Building 10 at Watchmoor Park, Camberley, delivering 48,500 sq ft of new Grade A space to the 30 acre business park.

Building 10 has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and now boasts an impressive central atrium.  The 48,500 sq ft office building offers large floorplates of up to 24,000 sq ft and a parking ratio of 1:199 sq ft. The quoting rent for the building is £22.50 per sq ft.

The park continues to attract occupiers and BGT has recently leased the remaining 15,993 sq ft in Building One; the international specialist healthcare company will occupy the space on a 10 year lease at a rent equating to £17.50 per sq ft.  Following this letting BTG now occupies the 56,500 sq ft office building in its entirety.
