Strutt & Parker has let 26,396 sq ft of office space at No. 1, The Crescent, Surbiton on behalf of Albury Land.

The space has been taken by TGS NOPEC, an Oil and Engineering group, at £24.50 per sq ft on a 10 year lease. The group will occupy the ground, first and second floors as their UK HQ.

The building’s remaining 7,500 sq ft was recently let to EMCOR as their UK HQ.

Rhodri Shaw, of Strutt & Parker’s national markets team, said: “No. 1, The Crescent has recently generated a number of occupier interest, demonstrating the demand for Grade A offices in this area.”
