Strutt & Parker provided development consultancy to Building & Social Housing Foundation and identified the opportunity at East Leake, Nottinghamshire.

Richard Foxon of the Oxford office negotiated a Promotion Agreement with Hallam Land Management on the land in April 2012. A planning application was submitted in October 2012, and determined under Delegated Powers in August 2013 for a development of 170 new homes.

The site was launched in September 2013, and completed in March 2014 for in excess of £9m.
