Millennium Cash and Carry has let Part A, Unit E at Queen Elizabeth Distribution Park in West Thurrock, Essex to Breezemount UK Ltd.

The leading 2 man home delivery service provider has agreed to lease the 55,953 sq ft industrial unit on a five year lease at a rent equating to £7.00 per sq ft.

Ben Wiley, partner in Strutt & Parker’s national industrial agency said; “Supply in Thurrock has been diminishing since 2008/9 and we are now at the point where there is very limited supply as units have been taken up gradually over the past five years. This has strengthened the position of landlords who are now able to demand higher rents then we have previously seen.”
