The frozen yogurt retailer has taken the 1,000 sq ft unit on a 15 year lease at a rent equating to £70,000 per annum.
The self-service concept was launched in London in 2011 and has four outlets in London. Samba Swirl is looking at a measured and controlled expansion programme and intends to open a further shop this year and 3-4 more in 2014 and 4-7 more in 2015; they have instructed Strutt & Parker to undertake the acquisitions.
