The estate, situated on a 1.6 acre site, was bought from Henderson for £3.65m, representing a net initial yield of 8.9%.

Wokingham Commercial Centre comprises six adjacent units and two high bay distribution units totalling 36,297 sq ft. Six of the units are occupied and with 2 year rent guarantees on the 2 vacant units, the property provides a passing rent of £362,011 per annum.
