Strutt & Parker has announced three new appointments across its commercial and development teams with the arrival of Greg Childs, David Ashworth and Katie Treadwell.
Greg Childs has arrived at Strutt & Parker as a partner to expand the new alternative capital markets team which was established by Richard Harris in September 2015. He previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton and will focus hotels, an area in which he has 10 years’ experience, to develop the team’s services around this rapidly expanding sector.
Strutt & Parker’s national development and planning team has appointed David Ashworth as a partner. He previously ran his own practice, APC, which specialised in regeneration and the promotion of strategic land for both public and private sector clients and prior to that he was group regeneration director at Galliford Try. Qualified as both a surveyor and town planner David will work with the team to identify new residential and mixed-use development opportunities throughout the South East.
Katie Treadwell has joined Strutt & Parker’s City agency team as an associate; previously at Deloitte she has worked in the City’s leasing markets for the last five years representing both landlords and tenants.
