Strutt & Parker, on behalf of M&G Real Estate, has completed its letting of 27,659 sq ft of offices at Reading Bridge House in Reading town centre to Capita

The London based international business process outsourcing and professional services company has agreed to occupy the second, third and part-fourth floors of the building.

M&G bought Reading Bridge House for £32.5m in May of last year, following a refurbishment programme.

Rents and term were not disclosed, however the letting was based on a quoting rental of £27.50 per sq ft.
