The development site in Hampshire, which benefits from planning consent for 89 homes with offers invited in excess of £12m, was sold to Charles Church. Stax Developments led the promotion with Bell Cornwall undertaking the planning on the property which extends to 18.4 acres acres abutting Basingstoke Canal. Only 42% of the site will be developed for housing, with the remainder forming open space and a public park, providing an outstanding new environment to live, in this much sought after village of Odiham, Hampshire.

Simon Kibblewhite, Head of Development at Strutt & Parker said: "The price achieved for this site exemplifies the continuing strong demand for consented housing sites in Home Counties locations.”
