Strutt & Parker has let 18,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Kingsgate in Redhill, Surrey, on behalf of PPG.

Balfour Beatty will take the space on the ground, first and second floors on a 10.75 year lease at a rent equating to £22.00 per sq ft.

Kingsgate is prominently situated at the southern end of Redhill’s High Street close to the Belfry Shopping Centre. The Grade A building now has approximately 25,489 sq ft remaining in four floors.

Balfour Beatty has relocated from Terra Firma in Redhill and in a simultaneous deal Santander has agreed to take a total of 47,000 sq ft at the building including the space Balfour Beatty has vacated.
