Strutt & Parker has let 21,125 sq ft, on behalf of M&G Real Estate, at ONE Bracknell Boulevard.

The space has been let to Wincor Nixdorf Limited, one of the world’s leading providers of IT solutions and services to retail banks and the retail industry. Wincor Nixdorf has taken a 10-year lease at a rent of £17 per sq ft.

Located in the heart of the Thames Valley within easy reach of the M4 and M3 motorways, ONE Bracknell Boulevard has been extensively refurbished to provide efficient and flexible Grade A office space.

In June last year, Strutt & Parker also let 12,034 sq ft at Two Bracknell Boulevard, the building next door, to Technogym. There is 38,329 sq ft remaining.
