Strutt & Parker has been named the most active disposing agent in the Thames Valley by Estates Gazette for the second consecutive year.

The national markets office agency team, led by Ed Smith, has been named the most active disposing agent in the Thames Valley by Estates Gazette for the second consecutive year beating rivals Jones Lang LaSalle, Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ.

The team concluded a total of 24 deals in the period from 1 February 2011 to 31 January 2012 transacting 365,379 sq ft of space. The accolade follows a similar title awarded to the team by CoStar in November 2011, who also named them most active agent in the region.
