Windlesham is located just 25 miles outside of central London, known for being one of the richest villages in the UK it is a property market hotspot. With London Heathrow Airport just over 15 minutes away by car, and with train travel taking just over 45 minutes into central London from neighbouring Long Cross station make this an ideal place for families and commuters.

  • Bagshot
    Bagshot is a quaint village in Surrey, which due to its easy access to the M3 has become a commuter’s hotspot. The area has several restaurants and local pubs and benefits from an M&S simply food. Bagshot is known for being the training location for the England International Rugby team who train at local hotel Pennyhill Park.
  • Lightwater
    Neighbouring Bagshot is the village of Lightwater, renowned for its beautiful country park. The village centre has a war memorial and lovely rose garden. There is good access to the M3 and several brilliant cosy pubs and cafes for residents to enjoy. Lightwater further benefits from a local doctor’s surgery, veterinary clinic and good schools nearby.
  • West End
    The village of West End sits just to the south of Lightwater, and is located close to the fantastic Chobham golf course. Locally there are various clubs and sporting activities, including the West End Bowls Club, the West End Social Club and nearby tennis courts. The village has excellent commuter links and the centre has all your important local amenities.
