The A38 Expressway is approximately 12 miles from Rumleigh House and offers dual carriageway access to Plymouth and Cornwall to the west, and Exeter and the M5 motorway to the east.


From Exeter, take the A30 in the direction of Okehampton/Torrington/A386 and continue for approximately 25 miles. Take the A386 ramp in the direction of Tavistock and turn left onto the A386. Continue for approximately 12 miles into Tavistock. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Dolvin Road/A386. Continue until the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit to continue on the A386. At the next two roundabouts, take the 1st exits to continue on the A386. After the roundabout, turn right onto Crowndale Road until the fork in the road, and take the right. Continue for approximately 1.5 miles, then turn left onto the B3257. After approximately a mile, turn right at the signpost for Rumleigh, and then take the second right turning. Follow the signs from here for Rumleigh House.
