A key part of our role in supporting some of our clients is advising on longer term planning strategy, be it promoting a site or client's interests in an emerging local or neighbourhood plan.

We monitor applications to understand the extent and nature of proposals being submitted and determined within an area, and we track the progress of key Development Plan documents, Community Infrastructure Levy schedules and evidence base documents. This allows us to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to making representations, timing site proposals and developing communication strategies.
