Alexandra Fenner

Graduate Rural Surveyor

Alex is a graduate rural surveyor working primarily in estate management, advising both institutional and private clients on a variety of land matters.

  • Rural Surveying

Her approach is hands-on, and she is looking forward to expanding her knowledge base in preparation for sitting her APC.

Alex joined Strutt & Parker in September 2025, following her graduation from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management, an estate management course specifically tailored to the rural sector. Whilst at university, Alex worked for a regional firm of chartered surveyors and estate agents, where she benefited from varied experience. Her experience here includes residential property management under Rent Smart Wales, complex and sensitive valuations, and rural agency, including equestrian property.

Since joining the Salisbury Rural team, Alex is gaining broad practical experience within the industry, carrying out day-to-day estate management duties and assisting with valuations. Her usual duties include landlord and tenant matters, maintenance, health & safety, and general estate administration. She takes a hands-on approach to management and values open communication with both her clients and tenants to build long-term working relationships.

With implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act, Alex provides current advice in line with legislation and practical considerations.
