Alice is part of the Stamford Land Management team and has been with Strutt & Parker since 2014.

Involved with estate management for a variety of clients across the East Midlands, Alice also specialises in valuation and planning work, and is a RICS registered valuer undertaking secured lending valuations as well as a variety of other Red Book and non-Red Book valuations.

Planning advice is also a specialism of Alice’s and she has extensive experience of achieving successful Class Q permitted development consents for clients for both traditional and steel/concrete framed agricultural buildings.

From an arable family farm background, Alice is involved with the family business and this experience and background allows her to relate to clients’ businesses and situations.

Keen to keep up to date with relevant agricultural and rural industry research, legislation, grant funding and general relevant topics, she shares this knowledge with colleagues and clients through Strutt and Parkers Rural Hub and also the Stamford office bi-weekly email newsletter update.

Alice enjoys long country and beach walks with her husband and dog, Bertie, as long as there is a good pub meal at the end and is actively involved with sports such as netball and tennis.
