Christian is a property consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining Strutt & Parker he was a Partner with Knight Frank new homes and a Director with Savills country houses team. He has bolstered the team in joining and heading up our busy New homes Team in the Exeter office covering Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Christian specialises in the residential development sector in key country markets, providing development consultancy advice to developers and landowners. He is hands on within the sales team in securing new homes sales and is experienced in leading the sales programme from inception through to completion. He has experience dealing with a broad range of clients nationally and internationally, including large housebuilders, SME’s and boutique developers across all price points.
