Florence joined Strutt & Parker in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2019. She worked in the Suffolk office for three years and now works in the Land Management Department of the Oxford office for clients throughout Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.

Florence advises private and institutional clients on the management of rural estates as well as providing consultancy advice in relation to rural, residential and commercial property. This advice covers all aspects of estate management from strategy reports, diversification of estate enterprises to landlord and tenant matters.

Florence is part of the Renewable Energy team, providing advice to clients on renewable energy technologies and acting on behalf of land-owning and institutional clients in relation to solar, battery storage and electric vehicle forecourt developments.
