Greg Bott

Gregory’s experience covers a wide range of areas including; rural property management, landlord and tenant matters, account management and utility agreement negotiations. 

Gregory is not from a traditional rural background, which is seen as an advantage and enables him to view the industry from a different perspective and provide innovative solutions to traditional problems. Gregory has a focus on rural estate and property management, with an interest in diversification and environmental stewardship.

Gregory graduated from Liverpool John Moores university in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Management. Gregory’s non-rural focused degree provides a broad and comprehensive understanding of the property industry, encompassing a diverse range of disciplines and fostering a well-rounded perspective across the sector. 

Following graduation, Gregory spent over 12 months with a national utility surveying practice as a surveyor. He was responsible for undertaking utility mapping and infrastructure surveys and converting the data into accurate utility plans for clients from a wide range of sectors. Gregory progressed form a trainee to a surveyor, taking responsibility for managing his own projects and overseeing his junior colleagues. 

Day-to-day Gregory acts as a key point of contact for his clients, ensuring that estates, land and property are managed efficiently and in line with both operational and long-term strategic objectives.

Outside of work Gregory is active, playing hockey for his local club, Ipswich Hockey Club. Where he has played for over 15 years and previously held positions of Men’s Club Captain and Men’s 2nd Team Captain. Gregory also enjoys long walks in the Suffolk countryside with his Girlfriend Laura and their cocker spaniel Bunty.
