James is National Head of Strutt & Parker’s affordable housing brokering and consultancy team, advising landowners, developers and housebuilders on affordable housing opportunities across the country.

Having previously worked at Clarion Housing Group, where he led on land acquisition and delivery, James brings extensive experience across private and affordable residential development, later living, care and retail sectors.

James specialises in the disposal of Section 106 affordable housing opportunities, land acquisition and strategic consultancy, supporting clients with pricing, market testing, pre-planning applications and engagement with Registered Providers.

With an extensive network of industry contacts and a strong understanding of the evolving affordable housing market, James helps clients navigate changing policies and maximise the value of their developments.
