Kathryn Donkin

Since joining Strutt & Parker in 2014, Kathryn has developed extensive expertise in estate management, strategic planning and professional advisory services. Her experience spans the management of diverse property portfolios, landscape-scale nature recovery schemes, project management, tax planning and the strategic development of assets.

As a qualified Rural Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Kathryn provides specialist valuation advice and works closely with clients to identify opportunities that support their long-term objectives.

With experience advising a wide range of clients, including large charities and organisations with multiple stakeholders. Kathryn combines strong negotiation and communication skills with a strategic approach to delivering complex projects and achieving successful outcomes. 

Kathryn is part of the local running club and regularly competes in middle distance races. She is the Treasurer for the Laughton & District Agricultural Society and was previously the Chair of Governors for a local primary school.
