Tim leads the South East Valuation team providing bespoke, professional valuation service out of our Canterbury, Lewes and Chichester offices and provides comprehensive valuation advice across the residential, commercial, development and agricultural sectors.  He acts for a wide variety of clients in the public, private and charitable sectors, providing detailed market knowledge based valuations for loan security, mortgages, probate, tax, trusts, pensions and financial accounts.  A particular focus of his work is dealing with a broad spectrum of dispute resolution matters including divorce proceedings, compensation and professional negligence cases.

Education & Qualifications
Tim is a Qualified Chartered Surveyor, an Assessor for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and a former Board Member of the RICS Planning & Development Business Group.  He holds a Business Degree from Christ Church University, a Masters Degree in Land Economy from Aberdeen University and an Expert Witness Law Certificate from Cardiff University.

Personal
Tim lives with his wife and three young children in Wye, Kent and is a former player and current coach at Canterbury Rugby Club.
