Vanessa joined Strutt & Parker in July 2012 bringing over 6 years of property research experience. Working at CBRE in the USA prior to Strutt & Parker, Vanessa’s area of expertise focused on Chicago office sector research. Amongst others, she undertook bespoke project work for key clients such as: Bank of America, Behringer Harvard, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo.
Her analysis has included optimising occupier portfolios, understanding future tenant demand, and assessing workplace strategies. Additionally, she led the Chicago research team in reporting market data covering over 250 million square feet of office space.
Vanessa is involved with industry organisations such as the Society of Property Researchers and the Urban Land Institute.
