Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Win one of five pairs of Centre Court tickets to the final at the 2019 Fever-Tree Championships

1. The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is open to people aged 18 and over who have completed the online entry form. The Prize Draw is free to enter, although internet access is required.

2. Employees of the Promoter or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the submitted entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

6. The closing date for entry is midnight on 9th June 2019 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be counted.

7. Five (5) winners will be chosen at random from the entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process on 11th June 2019 at midday.

8. Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to the Finals of the Fever-Tree Tennis Championships (held at The Queens Club, Palliser Road, London, W14 9EQ on Sunday 23rd June 2019) (“Prize”). The tickets are not valid for use after this date.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize. For example (but without limitation), the Prize does not include any costs of travel, accommodation, subsistence or other costs associated with any winner’s trip to The Queens Club.

10. The winners will each be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within three days of the Closing Date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within five days of being notified by the Promoter, then that winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within three days (or by Friday 21st June 2019, whichever is earlier) or else they will also forfeit their Prize). If a winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, that winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

11. The winners will be required to collect their Prize on 23rd June 2019 from the ticket collection office at The Queens Club. In order to collect the Prize, each winner will need to provide their name, and present valid photo ID confirming their identity.

12. The Fever-Tree Tennis Championships are played outdoors and play is subject to the weather. In the event that the Finals are suspended or postponed for reasons due to adverse weather conditions, and/or are rearranged to be held on a different date, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, disappointment or inconvenience this may cause to any winner (including where a winner is no longer able to attend the event). The Promoter may contact the winners to confirm arrangements in relation to the rearranged Finals, but shall be under no obligation to do anything in relation to the rearranged Finals where to do so would cause the Promoter additional expenditure or unreasonable inconvenience.

13. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

14. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is no longer available.

15. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter to administer the Prize Draw. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it in accordance with data protection legislation and will never share this with a third party except as required by law. By entering the Prize Draw, the Promoter shall collect, retain and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.struttandparker.com/privacy-policy.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any Prize being lost or damaged, and shall not refund or replace any such Prize.

17. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
