No.4 is semi-detached and has a rear side entrance which leads into a hallway off which is a kitchen, shower room and bedroom. There is a sitting room situated at the front with an open fire and a door from here provides access to the side of the property and front garden.

Directions

From Chester take the A41 towards Whitchurch. At the Broxton roundabout take the first exit onto the A534. Continue forward and at the Bickerton Poacher pub turn left onto Stonehouse Lane. Continue forward past the turning for Peckforton Hall Lane on the right. Just after, there is a gravelled driveway on the left beside a black and white thatched cottage. Proceed up the drive and keep left and the cottages will be found at the end of the row.
