No.3 is a terraced cottage and the back door leads directly into the kitchen with walk-in pantry. Off the kitchen is a bathroom with door to the wc. The sitting room overlooks the front garden and has exposed beams and fitted cupboards to one side of the open fireplace. Off here is a snug and under-stairs cupboard.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms the larger having an ornate fire surround and deep window seat with storage.

Externally, there is a rear garden reached up steps off the parking area and a further front garden. There is also an original pigsty, coal store and garden store, which houses the oil tank.

Directions

From Chester take the A41 towards Whitchurch. At the Broxton roundabout take the first exit onto the A534. Continue forward and at the Bickerton Poacher pub turn left onto Stonehouse Lane. Continue forward past the turning for Peckforton Hall Lane on the right. Just after, there is a gravelled driveway on the left beside a black and white thatched cottage. Proceed up the drive and keep left and the cottages will be found at the end of the row.
