College Cottage is believed to pre-date from the mid 19th century and is built of Cotswold stone under a tiled roof. The property is set on the edge of the village, on a no through road, with views from the back over open farmland. The well-balanced accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises a hall with stairs to the first floor. Doors lead off the hall to the kitchen/ breakfast room, utility room and cloakroom. Daylesford Organic is nearby and a regular rail service runs from Kingham station to Oxford and London Paddington taking from 26 and 80 minutes respectively. More extensive shopping, recreational and educational facilities are in the cultural centres of Oxford and Cheltenham.

Directions

From Stow-on-the-Wold take the A436 towards Chipping Norton and then take the first right turn sign Bledington and Kingham. On entering the village of Bledington continue over the small bridge on the village green. Follow the road round to the left and take the first left into Chapel Lane. The entrance to College Cottage is the third driveway on the left hand side.
