Plenty of local sporting opportunities such as National Hunt racing at Cheltenham and Newbury, many other equestrian events and various golf courses. Good communications being just over two miles from access to the A417/9 dual carriageway linking the M4 to the M5. Kemble Station is 12 miles or alternatively Swindon Station is 20 miles from which Paddington is 52 minutes. A wide range of local schools in both the private and state sector. The latter include a variety of grammar schools. In the private sector there is Beaudesert Park, Pinewood, Hatherop Castle and Rendcomb College, as well as Cheltenham College and the Cheltenham Ladies College.

Directions

From Cirencester take the old A417 through Stratton. At the junction with the dual carriageway take the turning for Bagendon, Perrotts Brook and Middle Duntisbourne. After about half a mile turn left immediately before the Tall Trees Estate sign. Continue down the lane until just before you reach the dual carriageway and here turn right signed Dartley Farm. Where the drive forks three ways take the middle drive (effectively straight ahead) and continue to the very end to Voxhills.
