The house is rural yet easily accessible to good amenities at the nearby village of Talybont, Barmouth and Harlech. The coastline is known to have some of the best sandy beaches in the British Isles and there are two famous links golf courses nearby; Royal St. Davids at Harlech, and Aberdovey.
A further range of amenities can be found in Porthmadog and Machynlleth, and there are main line trains from Barmouth to Shrewsbury, Birmingham and London.
From Dolgellau (A470) follow the A496 towards Barmouth, continuing for around 12 miles passing through Barmouth, Llanaber and Talybont. Upon reaching St Ddwywes church and signage for Traeth Beach, turn left onto Ffordd Benar and after 600 meters the driveway for Bennar Fawr will be found on the left.Read all
