Head north on the A9 for approximately 3 miles, turn right onto B9161 signposted Munlochy, follow this road through Munlochy and at the T-junction turn right onto A832 to Fortrose. In Fortrose, immediately after the church turn left onto East Watergate, follow the road uphill for approximately 0.5 miles and turn left along the track where you will find the property.
