Forming part of a converted range of outbuildings, Four Arches is an attractive stone and brick-built family home offering light-filled accommodation and attractive period features including exposed stone walls and beams.

It is arranged predominantly over a single floor and with the benefit of a spacious first floor playroom/fourth bedroom. The ground floor accommodation flows from a welcoming L-shaped vaulted reception hall and leads to a large open plan sitting/dining room with vaulted ceiling with exposed A frame beams, and wooden flooring.

A neighbouring wooden-floored inner hall opens into the spacious dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room which offers a range of contemporary wall and base units including a large central island. There is also a generous principal bedroom with vaulted ceiling, fitted dressing area, contemporary en suite shower room and French doors.

There are two further double bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom. A useful modern cloakroom/utility room with butler’s sink completes the ground floor facilities. The first floor provides a large 23 ft. vaulted bedroom with bespoke storage, currently in use as a playroom.

Outside

The property is approached over a sweeping shared driveway bordered on each side by areas of gently sloping lawn leading to a paved entrance courtyard enclosed by low-level walling and to a gravelled forecourt and parking area. The enclosed garden to the rear is laid to lawn and features a large wraparound paved terrace with bespoke seating and gazebo area and a hot tub area, all ideal for entertaining and al fresco dining. The property also benefits from a two-room garden annexe, currently configured to provide a studio with entrance door and French doors to the garden and an office/bedroom with en suite W.C.
