A beautifully designed detached five bedroom family home with large gardens and a double garage

Oakwood is an exceptional high specification family home which has been designed in the Arts and Crafts style, with high ceilings, attractive curves and sharp edges prevalent in the design throughout the property. The welcoming entrance hall is at the heart of the ground floor, leading to the well-proportioned double aspect living room, with an open fireplace and a Villena fireplace surround. Double doors separate the sitting room and the dining room, providing a flexible living space, and bi-fold doors open into the gardens. A further set of double doors separate the dining room and the large kitchen/family room, with bi-fold doors to the gardens in the family room. The stylish kitchen with composite Quartz Form worktops includes Neff integrated appliances such as a wine fridge, dishwasher, gas hob and an integrated American style fridge-freezer. There is also further space for appliances in the utility room, with a side entrance to the house. Also on the ground floor is the study, with a pleasant front-facing outlook, and a downstairs cloakroom.

An attractive oak staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor, where the five generously-proportioned bedrooms are found; two with en suites. The master bedroom, with a large bay window, faces to the front of the property and has an en suite shower room. The modern family bathroom is also on the first floor with Villeroy & Boch fittings and stylish Hansgrohe taps.

A complete list of high specification fittings is available.

Please note all interior shots are of the show home and are intended as a representation of the finished property.
