Brixham is well connected by road, with the A380 (South Devon Expressway) within easy reach, providing access towards Exeter, the M5 and beyond.
From Exeter, take the A30 south and join the A38 Devon Expressway, heading south towards Plymouth. After just more than two miles, filter off to the left, to join the A380. Follow the A380 for 17 and a half miles. Arriving at a crossroads with traffic lights on the outskirts of Paignton, continue straight ahead onto Brixham Road (A3022) and after just more than two miles, turn right at the junction onto Dartmouth Road (A379). Continue into Brixham, and turn left onto Market Street. Follow the road down to the harbour, and turn right onto The Strand, and then left onto King Street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ranscombe Road, and then turn left onto Heath Road. You will find the property on your left-hand side after just more than a quarter of a mile.
